Senior Business Consultant / Engineer — Data

What you will do

As a Senior Business Consultant at cimt B.V. you work from Vught with Dutch clients in manufacturing, logistics and finance. You help CDOs, data architects and governance leads put their data foundation in order — from DAMA DMBoK maturity assessment to ETL migration and lakehouse design.

Concretely:

• Run maturity assessments based on the DAMA DMBoK framework
• Write roadmaps that scale and that fit budget cycles
• Lead implementation engagements with Qlik Talend Cloud, Snowflake and erwin by Quest
• Engage clients at senior level (CDO, IT director, data lead)
• Coach junior consultants still learning the craft

What we look for

• 7+ years’ experience in data management consultancy or a comparable in-house role
• Deep knowledge of at least two of: data governance, data integration, data architecture, master data management
• Hands-on experience with Qlik, Snowflake or erwin (bonus if more than one)
• DAMA CDMP certification, or willingness to obtain it within 6 months (we cover the cost)
• Dutch at native level, English fluent in a working context
• Pragmatic mindset — we deliver working solutions, not perfect PowerPoints
