From data to insight — faster, smarter, for everyone

Value only emerges when data becomes accessible, understandable and usable for the right people. As Qlik Elite Partner we deploy the full Qlik portfolio: from self-service BI to conversational and predictive analytics.

Analytics & Insights at cimt means every layer of your organisation gets the right level of analysis: self-service dashboards in Qlik Sense for analysts and management, conversational analytics in Qlik Answers so every employee can ask questions in natural language, no-code predictive models in Qlik Predict for forecasting without a data science team, and embedded analytics for ISVs and OEM partners who want to build intelligence into their own products. As Qlik Elite Partner since 2009 we deliver design, implementation and ongoing operations — on a governed, trustworthy data foundation.

The portfolio

Four Qlik products, one integrated platform

Self-service BI

Qlik Sense — free data exploration with the associative engine

Qlik stands out through the associative engine: instead of pre-defined query paths, you explore data freely and discover relationships that traditional BI tools miss.

Dashboard design & optimisation

Not just charts, but dashboards that support decisions. We design according to best practices for visual hierarchy, interaction and performance.

Data integration via Qlik Talend Cloud

Bring data from ERP, CRM, financial systems and external sources into a consistent data model.

Governance & security

Section Access, row- and column-level security, structured app management — the right people see the right data.

Augmented analytics

AI-driven suggestions, automatic insight generation and natural language interaction for faster analysis.

Conversational

Qlik Answers — analytics in natural language

Not everyone is a data analyst, but everyone needs answers. Qlik Answers combines generative AI with the reliability of your own data: no hallucinations, only answers traceable to source data and governance rules.

Frequently asked

Analytics & Qlik in practice

Why Qlik instead of Power BI or Tableau?

Qlik's associative engine offers fundamentally different analysis capabilities: free data exploration without pre-defined paths. For associative analysis and discovering unexpected relationships in large datasets Qlik is better suited. Power BI and Tableau are stronger if you're Microsoft-stack native or build mostly pre-defined reports. We give honest advice — if you're already productive on Power BI, we optimise around that.

What does a Qlik Sense licence cost?

Qlik moved to capacity-based pricing for new customers in March 2025: you pay for processing capacity instead of per user. Existing customers continue on per-user pricing. Exact costs depend on your scale and use case — we map this in the first conversation and help with licence optimisation as Qlik Elite Partner.

Does Qlik Answers work on our existing data or do we need to model again?

Qlik Answers works on your existing Qlik apps and data models. We add a semantic layer (definitions, synonyms, business glossary) so AI can correctly interpret questions. For organisations without an existing Qlik environment a short data-prep step is needed — typically 2–4 weeks.

Does Qlik Predict really deliver value without a data scientist?

For standard predictive use cases (churn, classification, regression, forecasting) yes. Qlik Predict auto-selects features, trains models, and provides explainable predictions that business analysts can interpret. For complex domain-specific models (computer vision, NLP, custom deep learning) a data science team is still needed — Qlik Predict fills the 80% where you extract the most value.
