Data Integration & Streaming

Real-time data demand has hit a tipping point — batch reporting can no longer keep up with the speed the business needs. We connect your data sources into one reliable, current dataset, with Qlik Talend Cloud at the core.

Data integration dashboard

Data integration is the practice of connecting, transforming and harmonising data from different systems into one reliable, usable dataset. At cimt we deliver this with Qlik Talend Cloud at the core: ETL/ELT pipelines for batch workloads, change data capture (CDC) and streaming for real-time scenarios, application integration through APIs, and hybrid integration patterns that work across cloud, private cloud and on-premises in parallel. The integration layer also ties directly into data quality and governance controls, so data not only arrives where it should but is also reliable and compliant.

Our capabilities

From batch to real-time, from API to stream

Four integration patterns that cover most use cases — individually or in combination on a single Qlik Talend Cloud platform.

ETL and ELT pipelines

Classic batch integration from source to data warehouse or lakehouse. Visual design, built-in data quality, scaling from hundreds to billions of records per run.

Real-time streaming and CDC

Change Data Capture picks up source mutations the moment they happen and pushes them to your analytics layer — no more overnight wait times.

Application integration and API

Systems talking to each other through REST, SOAP and event-driven patterns — from ERP integration to SaaS connectivity.

Hybrid and multi-cloud

One platform that orchestrates cloud, private cloud and on-premises sources simultaneously — no fragmented tooling per environment.

Qlik Talend Cloud

One platform for every integration pattern

cimt has been a Qlik Elite Partner since 2009. Qlik Talend Cloud combines data integration, data quality and data governance in a single SaaS platform — with capacity-based licensing that scales with your actual usage.

Cloud-native

Full SaaS on AWS / Azure / GCP — managed by Qlik.

Private cloud

Same capabilities within your own tenant or VPC for data residency.

On-premises

For workloads that cannot move to the cloud for compliance or latency reasons.

Frequently asked

Data integration in practice

When do you choose real-time / CDC versus batch ETL?

Real-time or CDC is needed when business decisions need to be made on data within seconds or minutes — fraud detection, supply chain, customer support. Batch ETL is fine for management reporting, financial close, and anything where hourly or daily refresh is enough. Often organisations use both patterns side by side on the same platform.

We already have Informatica / SSIS / DataStage. Why Qlik Talend Cloud?

Legacy ETL platforms become expensive (capacity-based pricing on aging architecture) and fall behind on cloud-native capabilities, real-time and AI integration. Qlik Talend Cloud is built for modern data architectures, integrates directly with Snowflake and erwin, and delivers equivalent or better functionality at often lower TCO. We assess per case whether migration makes sense.

Does the platform work with our on-premises sources?

Yes. Qlik Talend Cloud can orchestrate cloud, private cloud and on-premises sources simultaneously through remote engines. You keep data on-premises where needed and migrate workloads to the cloud at your own pace without changing the tooling.

Do you also manage the pipelines after implementation?

Yes — our Managed Services practice manages Qlik Talend Cloud environments (monitoring, performance tuning, upgrades, patching) under SLA. We build it, and we run it. See /en/services/managed-services/ for the service tiers.
