How it goes

Application process in 4 steps

  1. 1 First conversation — 30 minutes with Taco or a team lead. We discuss what you're looking for and what we offer. No tests, no take-homes.
  2. 2 Technical conversation — 60-90 minutes with two senior consultants on a real cimt case. We want to know how you think, not whether you know trivia.
  3. 3 Meet the team — coffee in Vught or remote. You meet colleagues, we discuss challenges openly.
  4. 4 Offer & start — within 2 weeks of the last conversation. We work from honest expectations, not negotiation games.

Questions about culture, salary or day-to-day work? Ask them in a first email — we'd rather answer upfront than have you discover after three rounds that it doesn't fit.
